Would you like to see remakes of Majora's Mask etc?

I would very much enjoy a remake of Ocarina of Time.

That'd be cool. I loved playing as A Goron and Zora. Doing so again with improved graphics would be cool. =P

I would like a 3D Legend of Zelda. As in, the first one.

Didn't they already remake Ocarina of Time?

If you're talking about Master Quest, then yeah. As far as I know, that's the only remake they've made.

Lunboks.

Most Zelda games are in a sense "remakes". I want something brand new, like what Majora's mask did.

Haha. I was joking about Twilight Princess.

Most Zelda games are in a way remakes of other ones. Something new and exciting would be most welcomed.

I wouldn't count on a new and exciting formula... they've been using this one for nearly 25 years now and sadly I don't think it'll change.
What Zelda needs is maybe having a 2nd party develop a game, or maybe Nintendo can work together with a 3rd party like they are doing with Metroid Other M.

I want to see a remake of ANY game before 2001. So... LoZ I and II, LttP, OoT and MM, even Link's Awakening. I don't mean a port like Four Swords or minor changes like Master Quest. Like, a real 3D reake like Stixx said. Especially of the second game, which is amazing for it's big overworld.

Don't count on a third part dev. changing things too much.

The Oracle games were huge deviations while still keeping most of the design intact. It seemed like just a colored version of Link's Awakening, but those games had more depth than any other GBC game I've ever played. The way the two games could be connected was ingenious and impressive for that hardware. If it was Capcom's idea and work in that aspect, I'd say 3rd party help was what made the Oracle games so fun. It's just sad that they were overlooked since the GBA was coming out at the time, overshadowing GBC games.

I haven't ever played Minish Cap, so I can't say much about it.

I suppose you're right, but with the overall gameplay and all that. . . there wasn't much deviation.

As for the Minish Cap, it's my least favorite Zelda game.

We can't expect the gameplay to change much. Otherwise it wouldn't feel like a Zelda game. Those Oracle games were awesome though.
