Sorry for disappearing randomly how ever many days ago. Just thought I'd drop in tonight and leave a message stating that I might still be inactive. I don't know how long I'll stay away from here, but it will probably just be temporary. |

Whatever Neko, but if you really are taking a break, then ditching us for UA or another site and being your usual standard of active there is quite unacceptable. If you really want to leave, or are planning to come less, then please tell us. This means less confusion and I won't be as annoyed when I see you chilling at other sites. |

But WHY would he want to "take a break" from our site, to just be active around others. It's not like Neko at all, until now, it looks like. I'm guess it's one of these reasons: He is pissed off and someone or something here -OR- He doesn't want to be a part/an active part of our proud group here anymore, but instead of telling us outright, he's avoiding telling us by using the infamous " Im'ma break" topic, utilized by Sir Vaxis and Mr. SuperQ so long ago. -OR- It's not all about badgering, it's about getting a straight answer out of him. Is he actually going to stay? Good, he can stay, and it would be nice if he did. Is he going to leave the site for good? Alright, that's cool, we don't need to wait around to find out, and we can start choosing a replacement Sage immediately. I'm going to say he's on the fence right now. I might need to talk to him personally and find out what the hell he's planning to do and why. |

Honestly, as far as I'm concerned, he really doesn't need a reason. I mean, if I said "Y'know, I really don't feel like going on the Chamber for a few days. I'll come back soon", that'd be just as valid a reason to leave as the Cat's is. On the other hand, if you follow him everywhere he goes and ask him why he isn't coming to the Chamber, he's probably gonna find that pretty annoying. So really, there's no need to take this so seriously, and act like everything has to be known about everything two seconds after it happens. Just roll with it; if the Cat has elected to leave the Chamber permanently or at least leave it for a long time, it's not like there's much we can do to change his mind, and if it happens, we can elect a new Sage in two seconds. |

Really Bomber, two seconds? Nice Exaggeration, he's been gone for about a week with no notice or warning, and 2 weeks on the forums. It's natural I'd be curious to find out what happened to one of our staff members especially one of our most active ones. Finally, I'm not trying to change his mind. I just want a perfectly straight answer out of him. I also find it odd how he waits until now to tell us he's taking his break, instead all the way back when he actually disappeared. Smooth move. And when he does tell us, he basically just keeps us hanging on what he's doing. It's like he can't make up his mind whether or not he's leaving. |

The site will definitely shoot into complete and utter chaos and turmoil if we don't have our Fire Sage for a few weeks. I'm not seeing the big deal, either. |

This is sounding a little bit ridiculous. I think you're over reacting a bit, Waterfox. Everyone pretty much gave decent reasons for Neko's absence (although he may have not come back to agree with one of them) so there's no need for you to get your back up about this. Sure, he's been away for a couple of weeks and the activity has decreased, but the way that you're acting towards his short leave is uncalled for and it could, potentially, make him feel uneasy about returning. I think you should just leave him and let him decide what he wants to do. If a new Sage nees to be selected then so be it. |
