You monster.
There is absolutely no point to this topic but here's a go.

I'm afraid of the witch in Left 4 Dead.

DID SOMEONE SAY META GAME???
You know in Donkey Kong 64 when there's a time limit to get out of a place, K. Rool tells you in a creepy voice to get out?

Yep. My sister and I thought it was some ghost or something. We didn't play the game for like a week afterwords. (keep in mind, we were damn young)

Also, Megaman 5 pissed me off so much that I threw a controller. Nothing was damaged, luckily.

Bwahaha, I remember that voice. Creepy, it was...

I'll be honest here. If I get too into an RPG game, and I keep getting screwed over (missing attacks, flinching, OHKO's, Pokemon is HORRIBLE for this) I'll mutter swears under my breath and other obscene stuff.

As for being scared, I had horrible nightmares about that millennium star thing from Mario Party 3. It might have just been the shadowing, but sometimes it looked downright EVIL. Especially once you finish story mode, right before the final minigame. I beat the game, then put it away until I played it again 2 years later.

Also, I'll move this into Karkariko Village, since it is video game related....

One time I died in Super Mario RPG, when I was like 10. I was so upset, I put the game back in the box and put it away somewhere for like a year. My one and only rage-quit.

I cried at the end of Final Fantasy X. And think it was one of the best things I've ever played.

The first time I played through LOZ: PH at the final boss where you draw the hourglass....It never read.I tried all the tricks even drawing the 8!It just wouldn't do it....So i shut off the ds and threw it as hard as I could against the ground.....Thankfully it was unharmed and about a week later I beat the game.Thats the one and only time I have rage quit.

Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox is the only game that almost had me swear in public.

Wind Waker, on my initial playthrough a few years back, scared me. Fear of open water or something, maybe influenced by tornadoes and giant squids and ghost ships in the sea. Currently on the last boss.

Dies first.

I have a tendency to refer to insignificant creatures (Ghosts in Luigi's Mansion, certain pokemon, goomba's, etc.) as "little bitch" if they're in the way. Under my breath, of course. Girlfriend thinks it's hilarious, haha.

I'm terrible at Splinter Cell. I've tried many times over the past couple years to beat it, I can never even do the first level without raising an alarm.

I had no idea what the stickers did in Smash Bros. Brawl. I ended up gonig through the whol game on hard mode without using them. I just thought they were collectibles.

I played through about half of the first Kingdom Hearts without knowing that I could switch Keyblades. I also ran into the same problem in .Hack//Infection.

I know a fella that beat the entirely of Final Fantasy 7 without ever changing equipment. He had no idea you could change their gear. He thought you just switched Materia.

We laugh about it all the time now.

I was getting so pissed at how hard the game was, and I think I was on the Ursulla fight when I finally realized that I could do it. Made that boss battle so much easier.
