Caution, no "txt spk" beyond this point! Hey guys, my pseudonym is "Cosmic" — nice to meet you! Before I get into introducing myself and all, I want to get one tiny point across, then engrain it into your skull: I am a grammar Nazi and I'm proud of it, so please spell out your words!  I can be found with an occasional error in my posts, but I would rather die five times, be drowned in a can of burning oil, and be eaten by five-thousand snakes than type Tx- txt sp-... erm... text speak... so, understand? I find an infinite glory in properly typed out english, and I enjoy mocking people about this. That is me summed up in a single post. But now that I am done explaining my colorful little side character *ahem* nice to meet you guys! Hello there, Cosmic. Almost all of our active members have a good grasp on basic English grammar and spelling, so you shouldn't have to worry about "txt spk" too much. Though I suppose this means you won't have much to enjoy mocking, either. |

It should be "inifinite," I believe, though correct me if I'm wrong, and you forgot a period at the end of the third paragraph. But I honestly don't care. You'll find a lot more mistakes in my messages, anyway. I just had to nitpick since you made a point of your grammar. So yeah, welcome to the site! Enjoy your stay. |

Well, as those little smilies don't really exist in the world of grammar, I like to think of them as entirely separate from the grammaticalness of a sentence. P.S. My Browser's spell check actually recognizes "Grammaticalness" as a word? |
