This will be the official thread for speculation and discussion about the mysterious new game (since the Zelda stuff doesn't really belong in the general gaming forum). I'll update the topic with any brand new info that shows up. So far, we only have and approx release date (sometime in 2010) and this image: Like I said in the E3 topic, the purple/blue robed figure looks like a fairy (And as Windja stated, it oddly looks like the one from WW). Also Link is apparently reaching adulthood in this game... Thoughts? Opinions? |

The thought of Link growing up even more makes me think of Grey Fox. An elder Link would be interesting to see. |

I hope it takes a decent amount of time before you acquire a sword in this game. I want to fist fight while using Link, damnit! Also, Link is still hot. |

Maybe this is a direct sequel to OoT/MM, and that could be Navi... maybe he found her. I gotta say, that would be pretty awesome. |

That would be nice seeing as how that problem never had a solution within the storyline. I mean, Majora's Mask was supposedly his quest to try to find Navi, and we all know how that ended. I'd like to see him find her sooner or later. |

Idk, maybe she's scaled 500x or something. Or who knows, maybe because she was so helpful in defeating Ganon, she became a lot more powerful and got big, or something. That would be cool.

I don't remember MM mentioning a quest to find Navi. ._. I really feel like I should, seeing as I've beaten it almost as many times as I have OoT. |

It's at the very beginning of the game. All it says it that he's on a quest to find a lost friend, and, since Navi isn't there with him, we assume that's who the text is referring to. |
