Well, kinda. There's either two situations for the amount of shots that I've seen it takes to kill someone in the videos: 1) In Modern Warfare 1, there were two modes, Normal and Hardcore. In Normal Mode, everyone had about 100HP, and it took about anywhere from 5-8 shots to down someone depending on what weapon you were using and where you shot them. In Hardcore, however, you only had about 30 health, meaning you had to be much more careful because you'd be killed much faster. One possible explanation is that they've merged these two modes, meaning you have somewhere around 50 health and in the videos the person is just using a powerful assault rifle. 2) The person was playing in a hardcore game mode, meaning that it would take fewer shots to down someone. I lean more towards 1, because I haven't heard of there being Normal and Hardcore modes yet. But honestly, it's not something that's overly difficult to get used to. You just have to get a feel for the maps and weapons. I'd highly recommend playing the game's single player on Medium to Hard if you're not very confident. But, I'd recommend playing single player regardless, simply because it's fun. |

Bumpage. Well, the game has been out for about a week now, and let me tell you guys, it's freakin amazing. The campaign, although short, completely blew my mind with its plot twists, and certain scenes were almost tear-jerking. I'd seriously recommend this game to any FPS player, or anyone looking to get into FPS's. |
