All three Metroid Primes in one package

Anyone else excited? Seeing as how I've only played the first one for about a day, and I haven't even played the second one, I sure am. The controls are supposed to be improved and whatnot, so that's a plus.

Are they all adapted to the Wii? I'd imagine not, but this still looks cool.

Improved as in "Adding motion controls for every damn thing Samus does in the game?". If so, no thanks.

Never played the Prime series so this could be something to pick up in the future. As long as they give Gamecube or Classic controller support, it'd be cool.

Improved as in "they made the controls similar to MP3, which is a good thing since its controls are great and apparently the controls in the previous two weren't so great."

I've only played Prime 1, I didn't think the controls were bad.

But I still might get this, though, that would mean starting over in Metroid Prime.

Well, wouldn't matter anyway, since the memory card I have my data on is badly damaged and the data probably got corrupt.

The controls for MP3 were excellent and very intuitive. I'd get this, but I sill have all the games in one location in my room and could play them if I wanted. Just not off one disc.
GET AGAINST THE TREE!!!

DID SOMEONE SAY META GAME???
I only played 2, and likewise, had no clue what the fuck was going on.

That said, I might be a little more interested if I had all 3, played them in order, and did so with the Wii's awesome MP control scheme. I'll just need to trade in my copy of MP2, or donate it.

Well damn, now what am I going to do with my copy of MP3... and my copy of MP? I'll definitely be getting this, MP3's controls were awesome. I've never played 2, so I guess I can use that reason to justify buying the Trilogy.

I played Metroid Prime 3, and I'll tell you: the requirement to use the pointer for everything you do is absurd. I really wish they would allow classic controller/game cube controller compatibility with that game, so if they "upgraded" the three games like they did Metroid prime 3, I wouldn't appreciate it at all.

Whoa, now; the role that motion sensing played in Corruption wasn't that cumbersome. It didn't obstruct anything significant to me or lessen my enjoyment in any way, really.

Well, after playing it enough it gets tiring.

Sorry to derail the thread, but whoa, run on sentence. Also, games, not game. See, that's the problem with saying that every post of yours is grammatically correct. People are going to point out every little mistake you make.

Anyways, the controls in Metroid Prime 3 were far from absurd. It came close to a mouse and keyboard setup, in my opinion.

Well, the Wii-pointer system can get pretty annoying at times. You have to be a pretty precise distance away and the pointer is always a few inches to the right of where it should be, or at least at times.

That sounds more like a problem with the sensor bar. Try recalibrating and repositioning the sensor bar.
