 Does it matter? Stixx took Stixx' powers. Stixx is now as powerful as Stixx and Stixx. With Stixx in charge, it will be quite risky to try getting into Oklahoma. Since Meow is already there, he has the best chance of liberating Oklahoma from Stixx. Being a cat, however, he will likely be too lazy and just sleep all day unless Stixx bothers him.

But yes, we can't count on Kitty to finish the job.

I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty bad out here. Me and a few other survivors have been managing to hide by moving from bunker to bunker, but it's only a matter of time until Stixx tracks us down. Outside the bunkers, the landscape is gray and blasted. Monstrous aberrations patrol the skies and shake the red earth with their heavy footsteps. I feel like every time we find a new shelter, they track it down more quickly. We can't have much time left. I haven't seen Kitty since it first began, although I have heard whispers of a lone warrior that fears no Evil. We've been broadcasting a distress signal on all channels, but from what I've seen, it's unlikely that anyone who hears it will be able to help us.
I can hear the beasts outside now. Time to set off again.

 Breaking News:

The Stixx regime has spread its influence into neighboring states. Kansas is making plans to surrender, but a small renegade force led by a mysterious figure who calls himself "Link" is fighting back. It is said he is an extreme patriot and his hatred for brutal rulers, monarchy and Canada runs deep. There still maybe be hope to drive out the invaders...
