 Eh, I've had some experience with CSS, though it wasn't too pretty. (Those who saw Everything Zelda know what I'm talking about).
I know my way around GIMP, but I'm definitely not the best.

 Not many people experienced with coding and stuff, it seems like.

I myself am (At least I think I am) pretty good at Photoshop, and I've experimented with CSS (The best I've been able to do is center images, replace images and set up pre-made codes though...)

I also have basic experience with HTML but that is it.

SL seems to have some experience making skins, so if he wants he could help us out, or give us some tips and stuff to making a decent looking skin.

 I'm terrible with graphics. I have GIMP, but I barely know how to use it. I know a decent amount of programming, but just for GML (Game maker language) and a little bit of Blitz.
